This video takes a look at how the inward breath can become the essence of the half halt. We look at how the deeper inhalation can influence the body creating inner strength which resists forward movement. This awareness can help the rider who say, has a horse who is pulling on the reins or trying to forge forward. Rather than pulling back with the hands this deeper inward breath will block the ability for the horse to move forwards.
